Material
The Fade 201 is made entirely from compost-capable materials. The chrome-free leather upper and full-leather lining are designed to age gracefully before returning safely to the earth. It features less foam for a closer, more natural stride, while the tree-rubber outsole ensures lasting grip and durability. Bio-based laces, compostable lace tips, and carefully tested adhesives ensure that nothing harmful remains.
Comfort
Fade 201 is sleek, stable, and unmistakably refined. Its full-leather interior softens with time, shaping to your foot for a personalised fit. The lighter sole construction connects you closer to the ground while maintaining the gentle support and craftsmanship expected from every SOLK sneaker.
Care
Treat your Fade 201 with care. Open the laces before wearing, clean gently with a soft cloth, and avoid chemicals or heat. Keep them in a cool, dry space so the materials can breathe naturally. With simple care, they’ll stay beautiful longer before beginning their natural return to the earth.
Fade
When your sneakers have completed their journey, return them to us through the SOLK take-back program. We’ll transform them into nutrient-rich compost, ready to give back to nature. Even if not returned, they will still break down safely. Fade 201 is proof that every ending can be as beautiful as its beginning.
